Loove these cookies! Always warm and fresh out of the oven, with the option to pair with their ice cream. I recently went there to get a birthday cookie cake for my brother and it was perfect. It was a generous size and had the option to choose three different cookie types. We got the m&m, classic chocolate chip, and double chocolate chunk. It comes with a standard happy birthday image printed on top, but they have other messages you could get printed as well. Staff was super friendly too!
After a night out in New Haven there is no better way to end the night than with some warm cookies. For less than 10 bucks you can pick 6 warm cookies to comfort you on your Uber ride home. Chances are you won’t eat them all so when you wake up the next morning you have a nice sweet surprise waiting for you. The cookies are really good but at 2 in the morning be prepared for a wait. At this hour it’s by far one of the most popular places in the city.
One of the best cookie I had here. They were fresh and warm seems like they come out fresh from oven. Also, they’re open a little late so great for late-night cravings.
I loooooooove Insomnia Cookie!!! They've been around for yrs! I love that they stay open late for those late night cravings. The sugar cookie is top tier and their chocolate chip comes in 2nd. I used to love their oatmeal raisin cookie but it taste like they adjusted the recipe and added more raisins which I normally spit out. I highly recommend this spot
I’ve been put on warning, insomnia cookies are fire!!! The options and just the pure creativity of the deluxe cookies and brownies are special. It reminded me of the days at the mall with my mom as a child and being rewarded with a stop at mrs fields cookies afterwards. Super soft and flavorful! It comes in super clutch when leaving the bars on crown street.

One thing I noticed about Aina if she has ability to manage and maneuver a large customer base her personality is fun and exciting she is professional courteous kind she’s very informative and I feel like she genuinely cares about the people she interacts with I am a very new customer and have only been to Insomnia three times first time I was treated and twice now as a customer. I said that to say I still don’t know what I’m doing and someone was like it’s just cookies however trying to utilize the rewards system has come with a learning curve she spoke to me about that and so many of the other offerings.Tina is a blessing to this franchise I hope to continue to see her upon my visits.
Insomnia is one of my go-to cookie shops! I’ve never had a bad experience here. The cookies are always perfectly done - not raw in the middle, but the right amount of melty. We thought the ice cream was great and couldn’t get over how big the cookie sandwich was! The staff always works quickly to get us our treats, and it’s nice that there’s a few seats, because the ice cream never would’ve lasted if we took it to go. Already can’t wait for my next visit!
